Dry rubbed with a super secret spice-mix! (A recipe I’ll gladly share, if you ask nicely.)

Smoked over Apple and Cherry for at least 10 hours.

Shredded by hand into the stringy meat you know and love. (with gloves, don’t worry Karen)

Flavoured with a Banana Ketchup/Mustard based BBQ-sauce.

Put on a toasted bun with some red cabbage and almond aïoli (by you)
